Original Paintings And Prints

The Artworks may not be refunded and/or exchanged due to exclusivity.

If you are unsure about the Art purchase, request more detailed information about the artwork you desire to own, and ARCAICÓ Customer Service will be happy to give you more information.

Arcaicó Products

We are happy to accept a return of your arcaic-o.com purchase under the following return policy:

 . We are accepting returnable products for a refund or ARCAICÓ credit only.

 . The products must be in original condition and packaging.

 . Used or both dramatically and cosmetically damaged products are not acceptable.

 . You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product or a gift purchased from arcaic-o.com for the change or credit.

. The products that were marked down are not refundable.

. We strongly advise you to insure your shipment since ARCAICÓ is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

After receiving and inspecting your return package, we will make a decision and send you a notification email.

If your return meets all the requirements and the returned package is accepted, the refund will be processed between 15-20 business-day timeframe.
